Why we don't publish a store list
We're not going to list specific retailers or claim locations carry NICE, because retail availability changes constantly and an outdated list does more harm than good. Instead, here's how to verify for yourself whether a THC drink is legitimately available near you, in a store or online.
Checking online availability first
The most reliable way to find out whether NICE ships to you is to check directly: state law on hemp-derived Delta-9 THC beverages varies and changes, so availability is determined at checkout rather than from a static list. Add a product to your cart and enter your shipping address — checkout confirms whether your address is currently eligible for shipment.
Verifying an in-person retailer
If you're looking at a physical store, a few basic checks go a long way: does the shelf tag or label match the milligram dose you expect, does the packaging list an ingredient panel, and can the retailer show or point you to a certificate of analysis for the batch. A legitimate retailer selling a legitimate product shouldn't be cagey about any of that.
Checking the product itself once you have it
Whether you buy online or in person, cross-check the can against published lab results before you drink it. If a brand publishes batch-level certificates of analysis, look up the batch and confirm potency and testing rather than assuming the label is current.
Where to start
The most direct path is ordering through the brand's own site, where availability is verified at checkout. You can also check general information on where NICE is carried and shipped.
