Eligibility
You must be 21 or older to browse, purchase or consume NICE products. Orders that fail age verification are cancelled and refunded.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel an order for pricing errors, stock issues, or destinations we cannot legally ship to — see compliance and shipping.
Returns
Beverages cannot be returned once shipped, for safety and regulatory reasons. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced — report them within 14 days of delivery. Unworn NICE apparel and merchandise can be returned within 30 days.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. NICE products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
