THC Beverage Compliance and Shipping
NICE seltzers are hemp-derived beverages, not cannabis products. This page explains the legal basis, the controls we run, and where we can ship.
The Farm Bill threshold
The 2018 Farm Bill defines hemp as cannabis containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Every NICE product is formulated and tested to stay under that threshold while delivering a 5mg serving per can. The mechanics are explained on the Delta-9 THC drinks page.
Testing and traceability
Each production batch is tested by an independent accredited lab for cannabinoid potency, pesticides, residual solvents, heavy metals and microbials. Batch codes are printed on every can and matched to a certificate of analysis on the lab results page.
Age verification
NICE is for adults 21 and over. Every visitor passes an age gate before browsing, and age is verified again at checkout. We do not market to minors.
Where we ship
We ship to U.S. states where hemp-derived Delta-9 beverages are permitted. State law changes frequently; restricted destinations are blocked automatically at checkout, and we do not ship internationally. If you are unsure about your state, contact NICE Beverage Company before ordering.
Responsible use
