The product range

NICE is a 5 mg hemp-derived Delta-9 THC sparkling water in 12 oz (355 mL) cans, in three flavors — Berry Blast, Lemon Lime Extravaganza and Orchard Delight — plus a Party Pack that combines all three. Every can, every flavor, is the same 5 mg serving.

Licensing

Nice Beverage Co LLC holds State of Rhode Island Hemp-Derived Consumable Products Distributor License #LCD036, issued October 7, 2025 and valid through October 7, 2026. Details on how NICE approaches compliance are on the compliance page, and current lab certificates are on the lab results page.
